When connected to our own QuickBooks Online company, the tool reads only our own business data needed for order tracking: customer names, invoice numbers, invoice amounts and balances, due dates, payment status, and the customer purchase order numbers shown on invoices. It does not collect supplier bills or purchase costs.
That data is used only inside our own order system, to match invoices and payment status to orders. It is not sold, not shared with third parties for marketing, and not used to serve other customers.
Invoice and payment status are stored only in our own internal staging system, accessible only to our own administrators. The tool only reads from QuickBooks Online; it does not create, edit, or delete anything in QuickBooks.
