Last updated: October 28, 2026. This agreement is between Sunrise Bros. Machinery Inc. ("we", "us") and the user of Sunrise Bros Sync ("you").
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sunrise Bros Sync solely for our own internal business operations: connecting our own QuickBooks Online account to our own internal order system.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute this tool, and you may not use it to access any QuickBooks company other than our own.
The tool only reads our own invoice and payment status data from QuickBooks Online. It does not write anything back to QuickBooks. How that data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
The tool is provided "as is" for internal use, without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
